The Early Years: 2011-2015
Blake Selby graduated college at Michigan State University where he performed vocals and released numerous records and music videos with national artists such as platinum-selling rap legend "Twista". To date Blake has amassed 3.27 million streams. Stream Blake Selby on Spotify
In addition to music, Blake turned his other passion for fitness into reality. In 2013, he became the owner of a specialized fitness training center in Iowa where he and his staff trained the likes of tennis world champion Madison Keys, Miss Iowa USA winner Alissa Morrison, and dozens of other award winning athletes. He sold to a regional gym chain in late 2015.
Real Estate Investing Focus: 2015-Present
In late 2015, Blake acquired his first rental property, a townhouse building pictured below. By 2020 he had acquired hundreds of units and began to transition into investing in projects with house flippers and new construction developers to help them achieve their goals.
